Before conceiving the activity, we start thinking from the customer journey map, and discuss the pain point and touch point from the above five points, and then conceive the activity according to the needs of customers.

TenRen's Interface Design

Introduction:

According to the Customers journey map, we found that the biggest trouble for customers is the need to wait in line-up, and we found that TenRen does not have an online pre-order application.  Therefore, I designed an Interface for TenRen, hoping to shorten the waiting time for customers, and added a campaign to exchange stamps for tastings so that customers can taste the different flavors of TenRen's Tea.
